Unfortunately, no. However, with every treatment I do provide a receipt with all necessary information to submit to your insurance provider.

Unfortunately, no. I am a registered massage therapist who is licensed to practice acupuncture. I am happy to refer you to a trained Acupuncturist who can provide you with receipts for acupuncture for insurance purposes.

The massage room is a safe place, is free of judgment and we are here to make you feel great about your body. -
Absolutely not! We ask you to undress to your comfort. Typically, this includes removing everything but underpants.
You will always be covered over areas that are not being treated.

Throughout your treatment, we will maintain clear and open communication about pressure levels. If at any point you experience pain, discomfort, or anything that feels 'off,' please inform your therapist immediately. Some areas with trigger points or 'knots' may feel an ache with deeper pressure, often described as a 'good pain.

Late cancellation & no shows
You are required to provide notification 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid penalty charges. To cancel your appointment, please email rebeccarmt101@gmail.com Appointments may also be cancelled or modified online through your Jane App account.

The clinic space is a place free of harassment, inappropriate behaviour, discrimination and violence. This behaviour will not be tolerated.
